Attrezzeria Paganelli was founded in April 1944 with the main objective of the production of dies for the cold forming of steel plate.

From household appliances the business moves to the two-wheeler field with the construction of the  dies for the Lambretta, then the ones for the three-wheeler Ape Piaggio, arriving at last at the car industry.

Since the end of the Seventies  the Paganelli group has mainly addressed its activities to the car industry sector.
In the Seventies Attrezzeria Paganelli had already been mentioned as an example of die construction in text-books used at technical schools.

In 1982 Attrezzeria Paganelli is among the first companies in Europe to purchase a computerized design system by means of the CAD/CAM  (CATIA) system.

In 1988 the first Japanese OKUMA plant is installed,  an integrated milling and digitizer system.
